Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage tender applications from preparation to submission
- Handle client liaison and maintain strong professional relationships
- Oversee the end-to-end billing process and ensure accuracy in invoicing
- Perform accounts payable reconciliations and assist with financial reporting
- Support various departments with administrative and reporting tasks
- Maintain organized records, documentation, and databases
- Monitor deadlines, ensure compliance with submission requirements, and follow up proactively
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field (essential)
- Minimum 2 years’ administrative experience, preferably within the construction or engineering sector
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Strong MS Office proficiency (Power BI experience advantageous)
- Solid understanding of tender processes, billing cycles, and financial reconciliations
- Excellent organizational, communication, and reporting skills
- A natural problem-solver and task leader with a strong eye for detail
- Vibrant, proactive, and adaptable personality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
