What You’ll Do:

• Lead a team of analysts and modelers, mentoring and guiding on credit risk projects.
• Build, validate, and maintain credit risk scorecards for retail and corporate portfolios.
• Apply advanced analytics techniques including logistic regression, decision trees, and machine learning.
• Conduct data analysis to identify key risk factors and predictive variables.
• Ensure scorecard performance, back-testing, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with risk, analytics, and business teams to operationalize models.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Statistics, Actuarial Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
• Strong experience in credit risk modelling and scorecard development.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a high-performing team.
• Expertise in SAS, R, Python, SQL, or similar tools.
• Deep understanding of credit risk frameworks, Basel II/III, and risk rating methodologies.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
