Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models to tackle complex business challenges.
  • Analyze large datasets to deliver actionable insights for data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with data strategies.
  • Present findings and model results to executives and stakeholders in an impactful way.
  • Continuously improve models to meet evolving data and business needs.
  • Stay updated with the latest data science and machine learning advancements.


Qualifications:

  • BSc in Mathematics, Statistics, or Actuarial Science (Honours/Masters preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Data Scientist, especially within Banking, Telecommunications, or Insurance.
  • Proven expertise in machine learning, model-building, and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or similar statistical programming languages.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
