About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Property Administrator/Creditors Clerk to join our team in Johannesburg North. As the right candidate, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end creditors/accounts payable management, preparing and processing payment packs, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end creditors/accounts payable management, including invoice verification, VAT compliance, and payment processing
- Prepare and process payment packs, loading and releasing payments via FNB and B#
- Perform monthly supplier reconciliations, age analysis, and proactive resolution of discrepancies and outstanding invoices
- Liaise with suppliers, centre managers, operations, and finance teams to ensure accurate billing and timely payments
- Identify and resolve errors or inefficiencies to support clean reporting and operational effectiveness
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Similar role (B# experience)
- Non-Negotiable Property Experience
- Matric and/or Diploma/Degree in Finance or Accounting
