About the Role
Lead and manage the technical service department to deliver high-quality, reliable service outcomes in Johannesburg North. As a Technical Service Manager at Communicate Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing daily service operations, building strong client relationships, and driving initiatives to improve team capability and overall service performance.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
Qualifications
- National Diploma or BTech in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
- Experience managing technical service operations in an industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of conveyor PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally and internationally
