As a Financial Controller, you’ll take charge of the full accounting and reporting function for several entities, leading a team of Financial and Junior Financial Accountants. You’ll drive financial excellence, ensure compliance, manage reporting cycles, and be a key player in audits, tax, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly management reporting, reconciliations, and analysis across multiple entities
• Prepare and review VAT, income tax, and deferred tax calculations and submissions
• Drive internal and external audit readiness, including SOX control documentation
• Mentor and manage a team of finance professionals, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and fixed asset accounting. 

Job Experience and Skills Required

• CA(SA) accreditation is essential
• 3–5 years in a similar financial leadership role
• Strong reporting, tax, and compliance experience
• Exposure to audits, IFRS, and internal controls (SOX preferred)
