Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting in a deadline-driven environment
• Support international group reporting processes across multiple jurisdictions
• Drive tech-enabled efficiency through AI tools, automation, and digital reporting platforms
• Prepare consolidation schedules, IFRS-compliant statements, and audit support
• Work across Hyperion, SAP, and CaseWare for daily, monthly, and quarterly reporting
• Support process optimisation and assist with system improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a business that requires adaptability and fast turnarounds

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• CA(SA) – Newly qualified or up to 2 years’ post-article experience
• Experience in financial reporting and IFRS application
• Exposure to international group reporting (advantageous)
• Interest in AI, automation, and finance innovation
• Systems exposure to Hyperion, SAP, and CaseWare (preferred)
• Excellent analytical ability, attention to detail, and communication skills
• Comfortable working flexible hours within a calendar-driven reporting environment
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and delivery
