Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business growth.
- Develop and maintain financial models to assess company performance and identify trends.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Optimize financial processes and reporting to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Support strategic initiatives, including market expansion and investment decisions.
Requirements:
- Qualified CA(SA) / CIMA / CFA with strong FP&A experience.
- 5+ years in financial planning & analysis, ideally within fintech, payments, or a fast-growing sector.
- Advanced financial modeling and data analysis skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence decision-making.
- Experience working in a high-growth, evolving environment.
