Key Responsibilities

• Lead actuarial projects in pricing, reserving, capital modelling, and IFRS 17.
• Develop and implement advanced statistical and actuarial models.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor junior team members.
• Collaborate with clients to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions.

Job Experience & Skills Required

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or similar.

Experience:

• Minimum 7 years in short-term insurance, pricing, reserving, or capital modelling.
• Qualified or nearly qualified Actuary.
• Project management and leadership experience advantageous.
• Knowledge of SAM, ORSA, solvency calculations, valuations, and regulatory frameworks.

Skills:

• Proficiency in R and/or Python for statistical modelling (advantageous).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and provide clear progress updates.
• High attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
