Duties and Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for group-level product costing and inventory control
- Maintaining and analyzing BOMs to ensure accurate cost reporting
- Working closely with operations, finance, and production teams
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving costing accuracy
- Supporting month-end reporting and cost variance analysis
- Ensuring alignment between inventory systems and financials
Experience and Skills Required
- A completed BCom + CIMA qualification
- Minimum 3 years’ cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Solid background in inventory control, product costing, and BOMs
- Sharp analytical skills and a proactive mindset
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently across departments
- Afrikaans-speaking preferred for effective team collaboration
