Responsibilities:
Recruitment Assistance:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare interview materials and assist in interview preparation.
Onboarding Support:
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires by preparing new hire paperwork.
Employee Wellness Programs:
- Help design and implement employee wellness initiatives (e.g., fitness challenges, mental health workshops, or health fairs).
Training and Development:
- Help coordinate and schedule training sessions.
General HR Support:
- Provide general administrative support, such as organizing HR files.
- Policies.
- Assist with internal communication tasks, such as creating or distributing company-wide emails or newsletters.
