Job Description
Oversee daily operations of luxury hotel (40 rooms), overseeing a team of 120 employees.
Manage budgets and financial performance, reducing operating costs while maintaining high service standards.
Implementing & reinforcing systems & SOPs for all departments
Overseeing & managing any building/renovation projects.
Assist with any HR related issues and disciplinary procedures
Qualifications
Hotel Management diploma an advantage
Skills
Must have at least 5 years experience in similar role within a 5 star boutique hotel.
Ability to oversee staff.
Good relationship builder.
Exceptionally guest orientated.
Hands on.
Good knowledge of F&B and rooms division
Salary/Package
R30000 – R45000 negotiable depending on experience
