Key Responsibilities:

– Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines and BI solutions.
– Manage and optimize Data Warehouses and reporting systems.
– Develop advanced dashboards and reports in Power BI, QlikView, or Tableau.
– Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into BI solutions.
– Lead and mentor junior developers, ensuring BI best practices and governance.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education:
– Relevant Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or Data Analytics.

Experience:
– Minimum 6+ years’ experience as a BI Developer, with leadership exposure.
– Strong ETL development skills (SSIS, Informatica, Azure Data Factory, or similar).
– Advanced SQL, Data Modeling, and Query Optimization expertise.
– Solid understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and BI Architecture.
– Proven ability to manage or lead BI teams effectively.
Nice to Have:
– Cloud BI exposure (Azure / AWS).
– Experience with data governance and BI strategy implementation.
