Job Summary
My client is currently looking for an experienced Senior Bid Coordinator to join their team and play a critical role in securing new business opportunities.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Bid Management: Lead the coordination and preparation of bids, ensuring all submissions are timely, accurate, and aligned with client requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the business development, technical, and project teams to gather necessary information and create compelling proposals.
- Documentation: Manage all bid documentation, including RFPs, RFQs, and tenders, ensuring compliance with client specifications and internal standards.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement bid strategies to maximize success rates and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Industry Insight: Utilise your knowledge of the construction and engineering industry to identify potential risks, opportunities, and competitive advantages within bids.
- Client Interaction: Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and tailoring bids to meet their expectations.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in bid coordination within the construction and engineering industry.
- Skills: Strong project management skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and proficiency in bid management software.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, highly organised, and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the construction and engineering sectors, including relevant regulations and standards.
