Job Summary
Key
Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial operations, including cash flow management, reconciliations, and regulatory compliance.
- Improve and implement process control measures to enhance efficiency.
- Manage Regulation 28 updates, ballot processes, and system enhancements.
- Oversee purchase and repurchase settlements on trading platforms.
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements and automation of processes.
- Manage asset-liability reconciliations and multi-manager pricing.
- Oversee staff training, engagement, and performance management.
- Lead ad hoc projects and operational risk mitigation.
Oversight
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily unit and bank reconciliations.
- Monitor internal controls and regulatory reporting.
- Ensure timely distribution calculations and process documentation updates.
- Minimize operational risks and manage escalations.
Minimum
Requirements:
- BCom Honours (Accounting) / CA (SA), preferably with completed articles.
- 6–8 years of operations experience within an investment company (LISP or investment management).
