We’re looking for a Senior Investment Associate to join our high-performing Investments & Venture Capital team in Gauteng. This is a rare opportunity to take a lead role in shaping the investment strategy, driving deal execution, and working with visionary entrepreneurs transforming the African business landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead deal execution, from sourcing and due diligence to valuation, structuring, and negotiation.
• Conduct in-depth market and financial analysis to identify emerging opportunities across sectors.
• Build trusted relationships with founders, co-investors, and strategic partners.
• Support portfolio management and value creation through active engagement and strategic insight.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the firm’s overall investment thesis and growth strategy

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• A degree in Finance, Economics, Investment Management, or a related field (CFA, CA(SA).
• 5–7 years’ experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate finance.
• Proven track record of deal execution and financial modelling excellence.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• A collaborative leader who balances analytical rigour with strategic creativity.
