HI, I am in need of a Control Room Supervisor/Shift Commander for one of my security clients in the Houghton/Rosebank/Parktown area. I am looking for someone who has the following;* Needs previous control room experience 3 – 4 years* Previous senior/supervisor experience within the control room.* Shift work 12 hours.* Ability to manage staff time keeping, shift rostering, engaging with top management directly. * Monitor all processes, systems, alerts and general traffic that comes through the control room. * Manage and monitor all dashboards. * Monitor arrival times and dispatch times to calls. * Ensure SLAs achieved (service level agreement) * Monitor high level WhatsApp groups. * Handle complaints * Paging Out Incidents* Ensure that all systems are always fully operational * Extensive knowledge of all high-level SOPs * Extensive knowledge of all systems (Oryx, Casi, LivePerson, Online Intelligence, Discovery, Proof360 (VumaCam) The salary will be in the region of R21 500pm and you will be working 12 hour shifts.
