Key Responsibilities:

• Manage VAT, withholding tax, and risk mitigation
  – Ensure full tax compliance and adherence to policies
  – Provide tax advice on key company transactions
  – Oversee deferred tax and related calculations
  – Prepare and present reports to internal stakeholders
  – Develop and implement Group Tax Strategy
  – Manage transfer pricing frameworks and documentation
  – Handle cross-border transactions and international tax matters
  – Support the broader finance function in tax-related matters

Qualifications & Experience:

• BCom + BCom Honours in Taxation – essential
  – CA(SA) – highly beneficial
  – Minimum 6 years’ experience in Corporate & International Tax
  – Big 4 consulting background is essential
