Key Responsibilities
- Lead all templating functions
- Conduct spatial data analysis
- Produce high-quality planning reports and presentations
- Supervise a team of four, ensuring accuracy, workflow efficiency and strong technical delivery
- Manage daily outputs, guiding junior staff, and ensuring planning work meets regulatory, municipal and project requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Town Planning, Urban Design or a related field (essential)
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in town planning within the built environment or urban development sector
- Hands-on experience with templating, GIS tools and spatial data analysis
- Strong report writing, presentation and communication abilities
- Proven experience supervising small technical teams and managing project deliverables
