Job Description
- Oversee all preowned vehicle sales operations and staff performance
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and monthly targets
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and vehicle valuations
- Ensure optimal customer satisfaction and retention
- Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team
- Monitor and report on sales performance, profitability, and market trends
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and OEM standards
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Preowned / Used Vehicle Sales Manager within a franchise dealership environment
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, motivational, and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of the automotive industry and used car market trends
- Valid South African driver’s license
- Stable career history with contactable references
