Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Wealth Managers with client administration and portfolio management.
- Prepare investment proposals, statements, and financial planning documentation.
- Capture and maintain client information accurately on CRM and investment platforms.
- Liaise with clients, product providers, and service teams to follow up on instructions and documentation.
- Assist with compliance checks and ensure all client files meet regulatory standards.
- Coordinate review meetings, prepare reports, and manage diary scheduling.
- Maintain investment records and assist with reconciliations where required.
Requirements:
- A BCom Degree in Finance, Financial Planning, or a related field.
- Progress toward or completion of a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning (advantageous).
- 1–3 years of experience in a financial planning or wealth management environment.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM or investment platforms beneficial.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
