Job Description

Office Administrator responsible for coordinating office operations, supporting staff, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth running of the workplace. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficiency, organization, and professionalism in the company. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, typing, and document management. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, letters). Maintain office schedules, appointments, and calendars. Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and meeting materials. Office Operations Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained. Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary. Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and service providers. Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements. Customer & Staff Support Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner. Support colleagues with administrative tasks and provide information when required. Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department. Record Keeping Maintain accurate records of office expenses, invoices, and payments. Update databases, employee records, and filing systems. Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks if required. Compliance & Policies Ensure office activities follow company policies and procedures. Assist with enforcing health and safety regulations.
