About the role As an Online & Digital Marketing Intern, you will work closely with our founder to expand digital footprint and engage with our community. This role is an excellent opportunity for a creative and motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in developing digital campaigns, managing social media channels, and supporting our brands mission through innovative online marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Assist in planning, writing, and editing engaging content for our website, blog, social media channels, and email newsletters. Flair for short for video essential: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube as platforms of interest. Social Media Management: Manage and schedule posts on platforms and interact with our community to foster engagement. Digital Campaigns: Collaborate on the development and execution of online marketing campaigns that highlight Eyams commitment to clean skincare and sustainability. SEO & Analytics: Support SEO efforts by optimising website content and tracking digital performance using tools such as Google Analytics. Trend Research: Stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitor activities, and suggest creative ideas to enhance our online presence. Reporting: Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports to help shape future marketing strategies. Qualifications & Skills: South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34. Must not have participated on the programme before. Educational Background: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Digital Savvy: Obsessed with social media platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Canva). Passion for Skincare: A keen interest in skincare and wellness. Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair. Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, monitor trends, and provide actionable insights. Team Player: Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn.
