Operations Controller (JHB) Matric Bookkeeping/Procurement qualification Must have atleast 3 to 5 years Hotel Operations experience Stock control, manage stock items Oversee Housekeeping, F&B Procurement First approver for all purchase orders in Birchstreet Ensure vendor files and historical files are maintained In absence of AOC, create purchase orders for all food and beverage requisitions through the use of Birchstreet system Maintain food requisitions, purchase order requests, receiving records and departmental transfers Attend to incoming, outgoing mail, telephone calls, correspondence, office supplies.
