As a restaurant operations manager, you oversee all aspects of the restaurant service business. Your duties will include hiring and training employees, coordinating work and schedules, developing working relationships with front and back of house staff, overseeing inventory ordering, and daily maintenance of equipment and the building. Prior experience in the food service industry is essential, and you must have strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills to thrive in this career. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, quality assurance, financial management, P&L analysis, and compliance, to ensure the restaurant runs efficiently and delivers a positive dining experience.
