Job Description Your duties will encompass: Effectively manage a large team, including technicians and installers assistants, to ensure team objectives and sales goals are being carried out. Experience reviewing and understanding Contracts and Contract Law. Display extensive working knowledge of industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offered. Offer customer service, including maintaining customer relationships and ensuring repeat customers by upselling products and services. Assists with or performs administrative tasks directly affecting the contracts department. Develops working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, and ensures the service department adheres to all regulations. Monitors department issues and client complaints to define patterns and work to lessen those recurring issues. Oversee team members of over 45 performing inspections, preparing reports, and doing repairs. Ensure the contracts department meets reportable deadlines and enforcing compliance to company procedures. Recruiting employees or subcontractors. Complete performance reviews of contracts department staff. Dealing with large projects and big sites. Travel to sites locally and nationally. Qualifications Finance or Legal Degree. Skills Minimum 10 years experience dealing with Contract Laws. Knowledge and experience with NEC, NEC3, JBCC, GCC and FIDIC. Ability to work under pressure and independently on complex tasks. Knowledge of Construction and Project Management. Proficient in MS Office.
