Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen brand identity. Develop and implement brand-building initiatives, ensuring consistency across all channels. Develop and manage content creation, social media presence, and digital marketing campaigns. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor activities. Collaborate with agencies to align marketing efforts with business goals. Analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly. Oversee the development of promotional materials, both online and offline. Required Skills and Competencies: Branding Expertise: Strong knowledge of brand development, positioning, and storytelling. Strategic Thinking: Ability to design and execute data-driven marketing strategies. Content Creation: Proficient in developing engaging content for various platforms. Digital Marketing: Knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing. Analytics: Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot). Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative Mindset: Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table. Preferred Experience: Brand Building: Proven experience in building a recognizable brand from the ground up. Industry Knowledge: Experience in luxury goods, financial services, or related industries is advantageous. Leadership: Ability to mentor and guide junior marketing staff if needed. Qualifications: Years of Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of relevant marketing experience, with at least 3 years focused on brand development. Opportunities: Flexible working hours (part-time role).
