Excel spreadsheets Pay- Space Junior Accountant with 5 years working experience Must have a Matric Certificate Must have a minimum work experience: 5 years as an Excel spreadsheets Pay- Space Junior Accountant with 5 years working experience Must have a Accounting/bookkeeping Qualification or Relevant experience in the accounting field We are looking preferably for a person who has Pay space work experience. Must have Solid understanding of Accounting Principles Must have gained working at every High level of Excel spreadsheet competencies Pay-Space Must have Proficiency in any Accounting package High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and organized Comprehensive analytical skills Proven Administrative experience Must have work experience in Processing of supplier invoices and payments Must have working experience Monthly journals / reconciliations of all general ledger accounts Bank Reconciliations Must have work experience in Maintaining fixed asset registers including monthly depreciation journals Must have working experience in Reconciliation of suppliers through aging including monthly depreciation journals Must have done VAT Reconciliations including submission of VAT201s on E-filing including monthly depreciation Journals Must have working experience Processing of daily transactions including from bank statement Assisting with debtors’ receipts processing and collection Must have working experience Must have done Annual Audit preparations Monthly Salary: 25,000 – R 33 300 CTC per Month (depending on years of experience regarding the requirements of this vacancy only) Please Note: A Pension Fund of between 4% – 11% of your Monthly Salary will be deducted from your Monthly Salary, which is mandatory for all employees, the full amount would be also deducted from your Monthly Salary – this is not negotiable.
