About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to join our team as the right-hand person to our Managing Director. If you enjoy supporting a busy leader, keeping work flowing, and being part of a company that cares about people, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Managing Directors calendar, travel, meetings, and day-to-day workflow.
Handle emails, communication, and meeting requests on behalf of the MD.
Coordinate client events, wellness programmes, and leadership workshops.
Prepare agendas, reports, notes, and follow-up actions.
Support communication with clients, partners, and internal teams.

Requirements

35 years in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or project support role.
Strong organisational skills, communication skills, and the ability to manage time well.
Good with MS Office or Google Workspace and online collaboration tools.
Valid drivers licence and reliable transport for travel across Johannesburg.
