Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced PLC SCADA Project Engineer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the design, installation, and commissioning of automation systems, including PLC and SCADA systems, for various industrial applications. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end automation projects, ensuring that solutions meet client specifications and industry standards. Key
Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and program PLC and SCADA systems for various automation projects. Lead and manage the execution of PLC and SCADA-based projects from initiation through to completion. Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure all project requirements and timelines are met. Develop control system architectures, electrical schematics, and HMI/SCADA interfaces. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during system installation, commissioning, and operation. Provide technical support and training to clients on PLC/SCADA systems. Conduct system testing, validation, and optimization to ensure efficient performance. Monitor project progress, prepare technical documentation, and provide project status reports. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related engineering field. Proven experience as a PLC SCADA Project Engineer, or in a similar role. Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, etc.) and SCADA systems (Wonderware, Ignition, etc.). Strong knowledge of industrial automation, control systems, and HMI design. Experience with communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, etc.). Knowledge of electrical design, control systems, and instrumentation. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Good communication and teamwork skills.
