Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives within the client organisations. Act as a strategic advisor to the client, focusing on business outcomes and long-term value realisation. Drive account growth by identifying new business opportunities, upsell and cross-sell potential, and building business development plans. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Delivery, Product, and Marketing) to align on customer strategy. Lead and manage executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions. Ensure client satisfaction, proactive issue resolution, and continuous improvement in service delivery. Minimum of 10 years experience in customer success, key account management, or strategic business development. Proven track record of engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders.
