Qualifications & Experience: Advanced Certificate or Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Operations. Minimum 5 years management experience in procurement. Solid understanding of supply chain management, manufacturing trends, and procurement best practices. Ability to interpret and analyze technical data in supplier proposals. Project management experience and basic accounting knowledge. Proficient in MS Office applications.
