Job Summary
Minimum Required Mechanical trade test (earthmoving equipment mechanic) Minimum 3 – 5 years mining industry sales experience is required After market sales experience is essential Advantageous Sales Experience / Technical or Product Knowledge Technical/Mechanical knowledge and understanding Excellent communication skills People management and influencing skills Ability to work at a senior level Time Management Key Performance Areas (KPI`s) KPA 1 Ensure achievement of performance targets in line with Budget requirements KPA 2 Ensure support and maintenance of current Customer Base KPA 3 Ensure development of new/potential customers KPA 4 Ensure the effective and efficient administration of the relevant function in accordance with the Companies Policies and Procedures. Assist in overseeing the Workshop in the absence of the Manager Details Key Performance Indicators (KPI`s) KPA 1: Ensure achievement of performance targets in line with Budget requirements Sale of labour hours, spares, and outwork to meet budget requirements. KPA 2: Ensure support and maintenance of current Customer Base Technical support, updated service related offerings , inspection of units in the field as and when required. KPA 3: Ensure development of new/potential Customers Identify new/potential customers, sale of service related offerings, customer visits, growth of short term fleet. KPA 4: Ensure the effective and efficient administration of the relevant function in accordance with the Companies Policies and Procedures Generating and submitting quotes, quote register, call reports, site surveys, technical reports and job card planning with mechanics
