Develop work plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure smooth delivery. Monitor progress and prepare regular status reports. Stakeholder Engagement Serve as the primary contact for programme participants, partners, and funders. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and events. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Administration & Reporting Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation. Prepare reports for management, funders, and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and funding requirements. Financial Oversight Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting. Monitor programme expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness. Team Support Provide guidance and support to programme staff and volunteers. Coordinate training sessions and capacity-building activities. 🎯 Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree in Project Management, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in programme or project coordination. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 🌟 Desired Attributes Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
