Job Description
What you’ll do:
- Lead and inspire a team of contractors through partner onboarding
- Work hand-in-hand with key stakeholders to keep contracts, renewals, and amendments on track
- Turn promising prospects into long-term project and portfolio partners
- Ensure smooth handovers to implementation teams
- Streamline processes and find smarter ways of working
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, being their go-to person for escalations
- Provide valuable performance insights and reporting
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of people leadership in a fast-paced operational environment
- A proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams
- Strong project management and process improvement skills
- Experience managing diverse business relationships
- Exceptional organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset with Excel and CRM experience
Minimum requirements:
- Matric or higher qualification
- 5+ years of people management experience
