Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, controls, and processes. Qualification and Skills Required: BCom Degree plus CIMA qualification . Minimum 5 years experience in project cost control or financial accounting within manufacturing, construction, or mining industries. Strong understanding of financial fundamentals and project accounting principles. Experience with ODOO ERP system is essential. Proficiency in multicurrency accounting and financial project management. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities. French language skills (preferred).
