About the Role
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Property Centre Managers to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be a professional Afrikaans speaking individual with a passion for commercial property management, who is looking for a challenging role that offers a competitive salary and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day centre operations
- Maintain tenant and customer relationships
- Handle all aspects of commercial leasing, including negotiations, renewals, and leases
- Focus on tenant placements and fill vacant spaces
Requirements
- Professional Afrikaans speaking (preferably female)
- Recent proven work experience in Commercial Property Management is a must
- Matric
- Afrikaans and English first & second languages a must
- Experienced in handling all aspects of Commercial leasing, including negotiations, renewals, and leases
- Drivers license and own vehicle
- Computer literate in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Strong administrative skills
