Job Summary

Duties include Ensure high-quality service and timely vehicle repairs. Maintain customer satisfaction and retention. Train and motivate technicians and apprentices. Oversee safe and clean workshop operations. Set and monitor service performance and sales targets. Manage expenses, reduce job stoppages, and minimize repeat repairs. Support frontline staff and handle customer repair explanations. Allocate repair orders and assist with diagnoses. Conduct quality control inspections. Review service invoices, warranty cases, and customer satisfaction reports. Develop marketing strategies and cultivate business relationships. Ensure compliance with franchisor and dealer guidelines. Lead technician meetings, address safety issues, and mentor trainees. Handle staff management tasks and submit incentive claims. Attend departmental meetings for effective communication. Provide feedback to frontline staff on individual customer vehicle parts during WIP meetings and discuss performance against targets in departmental meetings

Requirements:
