A client of ours, an established Contractor is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their teams in Cape Town and Johannesburg. If you have an eye for detail and experience with residential and mixed-use developments, then this is the role for you. Key responsibilities: Prepare and manage projects budgets Monitor site costs Prepare monthly cost reports Prepare monthly progress claims Compile BOQs Assist with contract administration and preparing tender documents BSc/BTech/NDip in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management Registration with SAQSP/ASAQS is advantageous Minimum 5 years industry experience working on residential and mixed-use projects Proficient in CCS
