Are you meticulous, analytical, and passionate about financial accuracy? Our client is recruiting a Reconciliation & Investigations Officer to join a critical risk and reconciliation division.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify cash bag transactions and settlement flagging

• Import and reconcile bank statements

• Investigate discrepancies and resolve exceptions

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries

• Conduct device decoding and site-based investigations

• Compile detailed investigation and incident reports

What Were Looking For

• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical ability

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in reconciliation, investigations, or financial operations is advantageous

• Matric required; Degree preferred

• Valid drivers licence and own vehicle
