About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Bright Placements in Johannesburg. As a seasoned recruitment professional, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and placing candidates in permanent, contract, or temporary roles. Your track record of achieving targets and your ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates are essential to this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and provide excellent service delivery
- Source and place candidates in permanent, contract, or temporary roles
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals
- Utilize ATS/CRM systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Zoho Recruit, Excel-based CRM) to streamline recruitment processes
- Conduct candidate interviews, assess skills and experience, and make recommendations to clients
Requirements
- 15 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales
- Experience in permanent, contract, or temporary placement is preferred
- Track record of achieving targets and managing client/candidate relationships
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Zoho Recruit, Excel-based CRM)
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
- Minimum Matric (Grade 12) is required
