Recruitment / Talent Scout – Fourways (R12000 negotiable) (OTE-R25000) The Opportunity: If you enjoy finding people, moving fast, and seeing real results from your work, this role is for you. About the Role: As a Recruitment / Talent Scout, you will focus on sourcing and screening candidates. You will work closely with our client management team to ensure a steady flow of qualified talent. This role suits someone who enjoys research, communication, and working to clear goals. Duties and Responsibilities: Scout and source candidates using CV databases, ATS platforms, and online tools Screen and qualify candidates through calls and assessments Build and manage talent pipelines for multiple roles Deliver shortlists within agreed timeframes Keep candidate records accurate, organised and up to date Hard Requirements: Recruitment or talent sourcing experience Pnet, Linkedin sales navigator, Career Junction etc. Ability to screen and assess candidates clearly Understanding and experience with applicant tracking systems and talent sourcing sites. Strong written and spoken communication skills Comfortable working with targets and deadlines Experience & Qualifications: Experience in recruitment, recruiting, or talent scouting is required. Extensive experience with recruitment agency systems, ATS systems, CV databases, or AI recruitment tools is needed. (Pnet, Linkedin sales navigator, Career Junction etc.) Matric is required. A qualification in HR or a related field is an advantage.
