About the Role
Blum and Hofmeyr is seeking an experienced Regional Channel Manager to drive business growth in Johannesburg. As a key member of our team, you will establish and manage a network of channel partners, facilitating partner-driven sales to achieve and exceed set targets. With a strong focus on market analysis and competitor evaluation, you will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to onboard new partners and maintain existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth through strategic planning
- Establish and manage a network of channel partners
- Identify and onboard new channel partners
- Facilitate partner-driven sales to achieve set targets
- Conduct market analysis and evaluate market trends
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for new partners
- Onboard process for new channel partners, including training and resources
- Provide training and resources to ensure partners are well-equipped to represent products
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners
- Collaborate with partners to drive sales
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Ensure partners are updated with the latest information
- Monitor and report on partner performance and market trends
Requirements
- 3-5 years of successful account management experience
- 5 years of successful corporate direct sales experience
- 3 years of renewable energy industry experience
- Matric
- Business diploma
- Marketing diploma
