We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Retail Relationship Manager to join our client`s team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with retail clients, maximizing sales opportunities, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients through regular communication and visits.
• Identify sales opportunities within retail accounts and work to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute retail marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Provide excellent customer service to retail clients, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to retail clients, showcasing the company`s products and services.
• Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics to management.
• Provide feedback to internal teams on product improvements, pricing, and marketing strategies based on customer insights.
• Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements related to retail operations.

• Bachelor`s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or account management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Valid driver`s license and reliable transportation.
