MINIMUM SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED â?ªA proven track record in a production environment with a minimum of 5 years experience in a related Foreman / Supervisory position. A Diploma or equivalent; higher education such as an Associates Management, Industrial Engineering or related field is preferred. â?ªQualified Artisan: Fitter & Turner or Boilermaker â?ªThe ability to read drawings (Mechanical). â?ªProven track record of Shop floor experience. â?ªKnowledge of the OSH Act and experience in the administration of Safety, Health and Environmental requirements. â?ªKnowledge of current labour law and basic I.R. procedures. â?ªStrong knowledge of quality management. â?ªWelding experience required. â?ªComputer literate (particularly Excel) and knowledge of Syspro is a requirement. â?ªGood verbal and written English communication skills at all levels are essential. â?ªMust we willing and able to work, day and night shift. â?ªPrevious experience of setting of machinery is required, including CNC machines. â?ªExcellent cutting, drilling, tapping and welding knowledge is required with proven track record.
