Johannesburg: Sales Coordinator (Automotive Export)

Key Responsibilities Coordinate export sales orders, invoicing, and documentation Ensure accuracy of invoices, credit notes, and reconciliations Manage export and cross-trade activities across Africa (Incoterms) Liaise with finance, logistics, and sales teams for on-time deliveries Coordinate pre-delivery inspections and track back orders Compile and distribute export sales reports Provide ongoing feedback and admin support to management and delivery teams Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Minimum Requirements Diploma/Certificate in Sales Management or similar 2 to 5 years experience in sales support or order processing Automotive industry experience (non-negotiable) Strong Excel skills and MS Office proficiency Solid understanding of Incoterms Code 10 drivers licence Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Fluent in English (read & write) Proactive, confident team player
