Job Summary
Overview:
- As a Sales Coordinator, you will help the company grow by improving the sales process and productivity.
- Sales are the biggest driver of the company`s success, so this position plays a crucial role in the company.
Job Profile:
- Responsible for providing support to the Sales Team and Customers during the sales process.
- Assist Customers resolve sales-related issues in a timely manner, generally providing real-time support.
- Responsible for coordinating and handling of sales orders, sales quotations, and credit notes.
Required skills should include:
- Matric (Post matric qualifications in Sales or Marketing will be an advantage)
- +- One year experience
- Above average communication in English both written and spoken
- Good interpersonal and communication skills via all channels
- Ability to plan your day and to handle the unexpected
- A dedication to serving customers
- Adept at problem-solving
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask throughout the day
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word.
- Ability to be trained on the company ERP JD Edwards 9.1.
- A sense of ownership and pride in personal performance and understand its impact on the companys success
- A Team player
