Johannesburg: Sales Engineer – Africa

A global leader in pumping solutions is looking for a driven Sales Engineer to grow and develop business across the African region. This role suits a true go-getter with proven pump sales experience and solid exposure to doing business in Africa. Non-Negotiable Requirements Mechanical Engineering qualification (Diploma or Degree) Proven experience in pump sales (industrial, mining, water, wastewater or similar) Demonstrated experience selling into African markets Strong business development and relationship-building skills Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel extensively in Africa Job Experience & Skills Required Develop and grow pump sales across assigned African territories Identify new market opportunities, distributors and key customers Manage and expand existing customer and partner relationships Provide technical sales support and pump solution recommendations Work closely with internal teams on pricing, proposals and forecasting Represent the business at customer meetings, site visits and regional engagements For more engineering jobs, please visit:
