Our client is looking for two dynamic Sales Executives to join their growing team in Cape Town and Johannesburg, servicing a diverse and exciting client base within the food service sector.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients
• Drive new business development and expand account penetration
• Build strong relationships with cafés, catering companies, delis, and hospitality outlets
• Conduct regular client visits and on-site meetings
• Handle and resolve challenging client situations professionally and effectively
• Identify growth opportunities and upsell within existing accounts
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate reporting and client feedback

 
Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ sales experience within FMCG or the Food & Beverage industry
• Proven experience selling into food service / hospitality environments
• Diploma or Degree (required)
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle (essential)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
• Entrepreneurial mindset – proactive, solution-driven, and results-focused

 
Role Locations

• Cape Town: Office-based (Salt River) with regular client visits
• Johannesburg: Remote role with extensive client engagement in the field
