Who are we looking for: Are you a dynamic leader with a proven track record in media sales management? If so, we want you to lead our dedicated sales teams to even greater success. As the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our future and expanding our reach.
What will you do:

Leadership and Mentorship: Lead, inspire, and mentor our sales teams to achieve exceptional results

Account Growth: Drive the expansion of active accounts across all regions, seizing new opportunities for growth

Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales structures and strategies to maximize revenue and market presence

Forecasting: Provide accurate quarterly and annual sales forecasts to guide our business strategies

CRM Excellence: Champion CRM adoption and accuracy to streamline processes and enhance customer relationships

Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with the Sales Enablement team to ensure our sales force is armed with the latest, most compelling sales collateral

Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to align our efforts with the broader organizational goals
What do you need:

Leadership Experience: A minimum of 5 years of successful experience leading sales teams

Media Advertising Expertise: Strong background in media advertising is essential, providing you with the industry knowledge to excel in this role

Radio Advertising Experience (Beneficial): Familiarity with radio advertising is a valuable asset that will set you apart
